Lots of insights here, Katie! Several founders and entrepreneurs I’ve interviewed realised a bit later in life they have ADHD, but they told me they used it as their superpower rather than a weakness.

Thanks for sharing! I totally agree it can be their superpower. I think odds of it being a weakness go down even more if they have someone in their corner who can help amplify it or calm it when it’s the right time.
