Lots of insights here, Katie! Several founders and entrepreneurs I’ve interviewed realised a bit later in life they have ADHD, but they told me they used it as their superpower rather than a weakness.
Thanks for sharing! I totally agree it can be their superpower. I think odds of it being a weakness go down even more if they have someone in their corner who can help amplify it or calm it when it’s the right time.
Ah Katie, never a truer word spoken. Those wheels do spin and often. You put it wonderfully, and as someone who has also witnessed it first hand - I chuckled 🙂
This is great, so relatable for the people I work with but also myself.
Glad it connects for you!
I love this perspective, and can 100% relate! Well said!
This hit home : founder brain is real, but so is the need for a backbone. Love how you frame it with care, not criticism.
Thanks @Bandan Jot Singh ! I’m so glad the care came through.
So enjoyed this ✨ 24/7/365 surrounded by my ND family, colleagues and the storm in my own head - thanks for sharing 🌞
Thanks for checking it out! Glad it resonated!

Haha Thanks, Peggy, glad it hit for you! I figured after I kept hearing it time and again, there was something to it.
